STREAMLINED MEDICAL REVIEW AND CHRONOLOGIES FOR LAW FIRMS

Log in to your QuestLynk client portal and complete the Medical Review + Chronology Request Form. In this form, you will provide your organization’s information, your client’s information, the type of review requested, any specific issues or information you would like reviewed, and upload the medical records and supporting documents for review.

Once the request form is submitted and the medical records are uploaded, our Clinical Review Specialist will begin reviewing the records based on the service selected and the information provided by your firm.

You can track the status of each review through your QuestLynk client portal, including whether the review is To Do, In Progress, or Complete. You may also view the order in which pending reviews are scheduled to be completed.

To communicate with our Clinical Review Specialist regarding a specific client’s records, open that client’s task in the portal and leave a comment.
