Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. Subscriptions are optional. Your firm can submit medical review and chronology requests without a subscription.

    By default, requests are completed in the order they are received. QuestLynk also offers optional subscription plans that allow your firm’s medical review and chronology requests to be prioritized based on deadlines your firm provides.

    Without a subscription, deadline-based priority requests may still be available for an additional fee.
