Our team combines legal support experience with clinical review experience, allowing law firms to keep records moving, identify missing information, organize key medical events, and stay focused on clients, deadlines, and legal work.
Co-Founder & Medical Records Specialist
Shedner Agenor earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Florida. He has over 3 years of legal experience as a legal assistant, case manager, and pre-litigation analyst at Miami-based firms. His background includes case summaries, client-signed releases, provider follow-ups, phone, fax, email, and portal communications, billing department follow-ups, deadline tracking, records preparation, request tracking, and missing-record checks. Through his legal experience, Shedner developed firsthand knowledge of the administrative work involved in obtaining and managing medical records.
For QuestLynk, Shedner manages medical record requests to help law firms submit requests, track provider responses, identify missing records, monitor request status, and organize records-related communications. His role is to help law firms reduce administrative workload and keep medical record requests moving forward efficiently.
Co-Founder & Clinical Review Specialist
Ellese N. Lee, PharmD, earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Florida and has over 10 years of pharmacy experience, including experience with Walmart Pharmacy and Publix Pharmacy. Her background includes comprehensive medication reviews, patient counseling, medication therapy management, regulatory pharmacy documentation, and clinical review of medication-related information. As Clinical Faculty with the University of Florida, Ellese precepted first- and fourth-year pharmacy students during pharmacy site rotations, helping train future pharmacists on core pharmacist responsibilities, patient-care standards, and appropriate clinical judgment in pharmacy practice.
For QuestLynk, Ellese reviews medical information to help organize medical summaries, medical chronologies, medical treatment timelines, medication issues, key dates, diagnosis dates, missing records, and relevant medical events. Her role is to help law firms better understand and organize the medical records that they receive.
